Victor: A story of belief
What brought you to Fanshawe?
I wanted to do something different with my life after high school. I had a small inkling towards news and radio. Fanshawe was an option, and so in 2011 after high school, I took the leap and moved continents. To Canada. To London. To Fanshawe.
It was the best decision I could have made.
Tell us about your favourite Fanshawe experience.
There's way too many. From being on air on the radio, and later TV in a second, to the numerous pub nights and events; even writing for the Interrobang.
My favourite however would have to be PA announcing numerous Falcons games, be it volleyball or basketball.
Tons of fun hosting and keeping the crowd going, something I'll always remember.
What impact has Fanshawe had on your life?
Fanshawe prepared me for the work force. At the time of writing, I'm working in radio in a small town in Alberta. I got a job right out of school, and it's been a blast ever since.
I wish I could go back and who knows what the future holds? Every time I'm back in London, I make it a point to visit Fanshawe.
It was home for three years.
